I want to create a report that shows which users are in each user group. I need to have this scheduled for audit purposes.
Can activity universe handle this?

Activity universe does not have that information. Your only option may be SDK.
There is a post in this forum that tries to decrypt info in the repository and that may be an option if you are only looking for users and group information.
