Hello,

Can any one please help me, after creating a user and group and after that add user to that group, how to assign the rights to that group as well as user.
How to

  1. use [b]Access Level,
  2. Add Principle and
  3. giving the rights to a object with the user created.[/b]

Also read the XIr2 or XI 3.1 admin guides whichever being used

Hello,

I read that admin guide, but while doing it practially, not getting the exact sequence.
Please someone can give me the step by step solution. I am new with BO so done have much idea about it.
Please help.

I have created a user and group and I made member of that group. Now want to assign some rights as follows:

  1. User can see the reports and can only able to change the propmt which I gave datetime.
  2. He can access the Web Intelligence Documnet for ad-hoc report.
  3. Not able to create any folder, just run the reports.
  4. Not able to modify the report.

If possible then please let me know which sequence I can go for?
