we are on BO 5 version. and repositary is on Oracle.
we are planing to upgrade from Sqlserver 2000 to Sqlserver 2005. will there be any effect on existing connections made on sqlserver2000. can any one tell me what is the best procedure i should follow. do i need to install any patches…

Hi Arun,
This is not about upgrading the Repositary. this is about upgrading SQL 2000 to 2005.
we are upgrading our warehouse from SQL Server 2000 to 2005, i would like to know what is the best practice to convert existing connections from SQL Server 2000 to 2005. and also when i create new connection in File/ Parameters my Designer should show me SQL server 2005 as a dataprovider which i am not able to now.
