Universe import Error

Hi,

I’m using BO 5.1.6 and while importing universe giving an error ‘cannot open file due to an unknown error’. I searched in this forum for the same error but in that case the univese in temp was opened and able to resolve the issue by giving original name.

Since this is the first time trying to Import from repository am receiving the above error.

Does any one faced this situation and resolved this error.

I’m looking forward for your responses/solutions.

The universe was imported, worked on locally, and suffered a power failure. After rebooting, I tried re-opening the universe, however Designer does not allow me to open it and gives me a dialog box with error “Cannot open the file due to an unknown error. (FRM0007)”.
