Universe Estimation and Risks related Queries

Hi,

 i have to create the universe and before that have to estimate how many days it will take to create and what are the risks we will face at the time of creation. these risks days also i have to add in universe estimation calculation.

i have 60 tables for universe (i.e OLTP) and 20 Reports(each report is having 30 columns) in excel sheet format.

is there any template? please give it’s url path.
