Universe and Reports Upgrade

We have upgraded the Repository to 6.1.3 from 5.1.6, Do we need to convert all the Universes to 6.1.3 .
We are able to refresh and work very well with the reports which are on 5.1.6 and 6.1.3.

Do i only need to Upgrade the Reports i.e open them in 6.1.3 and save them and export them to the Repository or do i also need to Upgrade all the Universes.

First of all the answer is YES… you have to upgrade universes as well.

I can only see docs for XI release2 do have any notes on a release to 6.5
