unhandled exception on videocard

I did a search on this type of violation, but nothing came up.

I have a problem with 2 PC’s (new ones P4) that now and again throw an unhandled Exception like this:

1 processor x86 Family 15 Model 0 Stepping 0
Windows 2000 Workstation v5.0 build 2195 (Service Pack 3)
Physical Total/Avail: 260.088 Kb / 69.268 Kb
Temp directory C:\DOCUME~1\HVE\LOCALS~1\Temp\ (1447357 Kb available)
‘Unknown’ video card
1024 x 768 in true color

Unhandled Exception
Code: c0000005
Description: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Call stack:

Module at 0x31c50000: C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects 5.0\cube50.dll
address: 0x31c7f149
address: 0x0012e558
address: 0x0467b555

Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Try setting up a default printer. Make sure it’s a valid one.

Also, we have to get you a support id. You pay for maintenance, so you are entitled to it. This is dealt with on the support site.

Ignore the stuff about the video card - its often irrelevant. See if any of these help.
