'Unhandled exception has occurred" - report level

Hi,
When I login Business Object to update a certain report, I get an error
“Unhandled exception has occurred, please report this to your local Business Objects technical support”
When other one logs and can edit the same report using his BO account. Could any one help on this?

Thanks Cindy. I removed the user from system registry and logged in again. Now I have been able to edit and refresh the report.
