my conterpart did some reports and put into their InfoView. i went to the InfoView and download the report to my server but when i try to open in BO, the exception came out

i read a lot of this problem is due to the corrupt dll. so what should i do next. should go to my cuonterpart server to get that dll and upadte to my server ??
