Unable to Login to Supervisor as GS in BO 5.1.9

Hi All,

I’m unable to login to Supervior as GS. There was only one ‘General Supervisor’ account and this account is locked due to someone had tried to login to this account 3 times with wrong Password.

Now I can’t even reset the General supervisor account. Since, I do not the connection details of the BO repository.

But, I do know some of the ‘Supervisor’ account’s login details. Using that, Is it possible to find out the BO repository connection details?

Please help me on this.

Hi,

You have to have an access to the BO repository tables in order to unlock the Supervisor account.
