To identify the newly created user in the system.

I have a requirement in my team; I need to identify a list of users that was created in the system recently or by date.
Is there any way in CMC or in the repository table where I can extract this information to create this as a report .
If the answer is yes, from the repository table then can you please mention the column name where I can look for!.
Environment:
XIR3 with SP2 ; Windows:tomcat

the creation date is stored within the CMS thus can be queried using the query builder for example.
