This page is empty (WI0100) , BO 6.5 + Websphere

This week we set the new envirement of BO6.5 + Websphere.
But when I try to open any .rep files create by BO full client, I get the error message : “This page is empty (WI0100)”.
The webi files is ok.

The reports work well in BO Full client, just doesn’t work on webi.
I have try to set a trace file to find any message, in the BOMgr trace files
have some log : file copy_name.rep does not exist|OpenWriteSubPart : entry not found ! entry=copy_name.rep TS=0|

I don’t know about this issue, anyone can help me , it’s very urgent

thanks

You won’t get much help here with 6.5. It is not generally released, so most people here don’t have it.

I Think it’s happened same in BO 6

I think the war file development is ok, I can login , see report lists, open webi files, just can’t open the FC reports

Hi, thanks and would you mind letting us know, how did you create the war files, did you use the wdeploy or used your own script

Does websphere is on the same box or it is on a different box.

thanks once again

well … we are using BO 6.5 (take it as 6.1b) on Websphere 5.02 over IBM Http server 1.3.28.
All of the 3 servers are physically seperated on different boxes.

we made the WAR file manually with jar.exe in JDK come with the package ,(some customized JSP for interface changes needs to be included).

the initial implementation seems to be working well , we had most of the functions working (webi reports working fine) , now we are stucked on the rep report showing problem …

we are seeking for guys here with similar trouble on J2EE implementation with 6.1b

Thanks in advance

I’m confused. The PAR doesn’t reference either WebSphere or IBM Http Server as supported products. I know they were supported in 6.1b. Any ideas what happened?

What about in webi 6.1a I am using the opendoc command and I still get the this page is empty. What am I doing wrong? :?: here is my code: http://bkbobj01.aeraenergy.com/wijsp/scripts/openDocument.jsp?sDoc=InjectionTests&sType=rep&iDocID=16195&lsMWellNameInList=“Some value”

I got the same error with an openDocument clause on the asp environment (instead of jsp); but the error occurred some time after, until today, on all and same documents previosly running correctly. So a lot of time is passed from when you posted the message, but if you found a solution, may you send some feedback?

Since my last post on this topic we have upgraded to version 6.5. This has fixed our issues of the open document .jsp function or at least one of the many hot fixes since our upgrade has fixed the issue. If you would like more information please do not hesitate to let me know.
