Which BusObj version do you use?
I think this can be retrieved from BO repository tables for BusObj 6.5 and below.

In 6.5.1 I know how to do it but we are using XI R2

In XI, the universes are stored as binary files on a filesystem. The only way to look at the contents is to open each one using a utility like this … Document a universe using Excel and the Designer SDK.
