One of the supervisor login got Locked/Disabled due to erroneous password typed thrice.
To the worse there was only one supervisor, Can any one suggest the means to unlock the Supervisor 
I tried using the following query mentioned in the BOB
Update OBJ_M_ACTOR
Set M_ACTOR_C_PASSWORD = NULL, M_ACTOR_N_STATUS=1
Where M_ACTOR_C_NAME = ;
Still i am Unsuccessful
Also the repositry is in Access

If the repository is in Access, you should just be able to open up the OBJ-M_ACTOR table and change the values in datasheet view. Find the General Supervisor’s user ID in the M_ACTOR_C_NAME column, and then delete whatever is in the M_ACTOR_C_PASSWORD field for it and change its M_ACTOR_N_STATUS value to 1.

Thanks for your replies and suggestions which i did even before posting this in the groups, But still i am clogged in the same position.
I tried all what you people have suggested still i get usr00059 error saying the password is incorrect and i have only n nyumber of attempts.
