Storing Data from Previous Query, for a Weekly Run report

Howdy,

I have a report that runs each week to determine the performance of Carriers over a 5wk Time span. What I’d like to do is keep the summary data in a separate report in my query so I can plot improvementof this 5wk average over time. Currently , I export my numbers to Excel to do this.

I could leave my query to keep pulling data over the entire year, and then do the running average, but this query will be larger and more cumbersome as we get further along in the year.

Any suggestions?

It looks rather daunting (I should have mentioned I’m not the most BO skilled) …but I’ll give it a whirl.
