Hi Experts,
I have a webi report on BOXI 3.1 SP3. This report is scheduled to run daily and the instance gets emailed to the users. Is there a way i can stop emailing this report when there is NO DATA in the instance? i.e if after scheduling the report returns nothing then it should not get emailed.

You can force the report to fail if there is no data. See this thread for an example.

Use ‘delievery rules’ in a publication and schedule the publication, set it so it only emails out when the count of an object result > 1 which means you have data in there, if its 0 you don’t have data and it won’t email out.

Delivery Rules are not available to Web Intelligence documents (only Deski and Crystal Reports I think).
