Simple % Measure in Universe

Hi Experts,

I am using BOXI SP 3.2 on SQL 2005 environment.

We have a fact table containing a % value measure called ‘Profit’ and they are at the lowest level as decimals (e.g. 0.75, 0.80 etc)

When I create a measure from this and create a report. It seems like it is adding up all of the decimal values.

How do I set this up in the universe correctly that it will roll up properly?

I guess you need to format the number in the report to get the all decimal values.
Please try formatting the number.

I don’t know of any way to roll up a percentage at universe level - you need to do it at report level. Have you searched here? I’m sure there was a really good explanation of why it doesn’t work. Or it might be on Dave’s blog.
