Show row when there is no Values

Hi.

I use BO 6.5

I have a table like this:

Section: City

Name data1 data2 var1

John, 344, 432, 0
Sahra, 432, 231, 0

When there is no values on data1 or data2 the column with name shows nothing. (No rows, only header for the table) Is there a way to show the names when the data colums are null?

The reason I want this is:
The var1 is values calculated in the report, and the numbers in that column disapares when the data colums have no values.
