Hi,
How can we show empty cells in a cross tab.
For Example, if I have data for Months 1,2,3,5 and 6 and don’t have any data for month 4, I still want to be able to display month 4 with empty cells in it.
Also once I acheive that, I want to fill the blank cells with Zeroes.
How do I do this?

You could have done a Search on BOB with keywords ‘Crosstab block’ for past discussions.
Hi Guys and Girls,
I’ve searched and haven’t seen anything that works as an answer.
I have a crosstab that has dates running across the page
and sales agents running down the page.
On a couple of days there are no sales.
I still need these days to show in the columns, but with empty values.
Is there a way to do this in the crosstab?
Any help is substantially appreciated.

You need to create a separate query for Months column to bring full set of data.
