Hi All,
I have a report which has to be scheduled weekly. We have divided month to 4 periods p1,p2,p3and p4.The report has start date,end date and few text prompts. My question is when i send this report to BCA
it prompts you for start date,end date and text prompt. So BCA takes this values as default each time it tries to refresh and distribute to users. But i don’t want to get restricted to those values since my report schedules every week. I don’t have experience on using macros, so can anyone give suggestion for this without use of macros.
