Setting up a Network Folder for InfoBurst

Hi all,

Is anyone familiar with setting up a Network Folder for InfoBurst? We tried giving the service and admin accounts access to the folder. Their tutorials are not every helpful.

It is possible, most issues I experience when output to fileshare or using FRS or versioning, issue is typically security related. The path defined requires recursive rights, typically read, then write to final area. Login or map network share with account to be used to output to test account rights to destination.

Thank you. Do you know how/where to check which account needs rights to the network folders? Another team member helped InfoSol set it all up and can’t recall. Our support hours are limited!
