Sending reports as PDF to users inbox

Hi,

My users want the documents in there Inbox as PDF documents. Currently i am sending the documents as .rep to users inbox. Please advise.

please check for publisher tool which comes with BO6.5.1

i am sure we can publish as PDF,xls,rtf…formats
but just check if that can be done to inbox
i believe it can

I am using BusinessObjects version 6.1b, so how can i achieve this using this version.

Hi,

You have BCA Publisher for later versions also. But its an additional tool, you have to pay to get it. Check with your company if they have that. If they dont then you can try using VB Macro.

Our client does not have BCA Publisher. DO you have any idea on the VB Macro which could do this, as i do not know VB.
