Send report in Email only when there is data in the report..

Hello,

Is it possible to Email the report only when there is data in the report.

We schedule a report to run it everyday and send it to the Email. But the user needs to get Email only when there is data in the report as PDF format.

If we can do it can you please let me know how to schedule those type of reports…

create a separate report and add filter such that the report fails when no data returned else it sends an email when successful (when there is data)

Avoid sending email if report is blank

Hi, I have scheduled a report that send out mail on daily basis with an attachment. Problem is even if there is no data, email goes out with blank attachment. I am using BO XI R2, is there any way to do this. While searching on this forum, I came across similar topic suggesting a object to be built in universe. I am not interested to do this.
