Send email by BCA

Hi all!!
Happy Valentines Day!!

We try to use the outlook to send email by BCA. We loaded the MS outlook client on the BCA server. Any particular configuration needs to be done? Does the MS outlook account have to be as same as the BCA user id? Does anyone set this up before? Thanks!
