This depends on the comparison operator in the query panel. If you use
the “equal to” where you may pick an operand from a
LOV, then you are only allowed to pick ONE value from the list.
If the comparison operator is, e.g. “in list” then you are allowed to
select multiple entries from the LOV, by pressing ctrl+selecting the
entry (standard windows selection technique).
