Searching a tool that fetches universes from public folders

Hello. I am looking what I say in the title. A tool that fetches universes from public folders from BO to Excel.

The format wold be something like this picture. I know that the tool exists but I don’t know wherre can I find it. Any ideas? Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad english.
