I have a shared server install. Has anyone written a script that decodes the bus obj representation for begin time end time … I think the base date is something like Jan 1 1971 or something.
I am thanking you in advance for any help you might have so I can start monitoring the users. I eventually want to disable anyone who has not logged in for more then three months.

I believe I can help here. A consulting firm, Integra Solutions, who partners w/Business Objects has made such a script available for download. Go to http://www.islink.com/ navigate to Downloads / Business Objects Technical Notes, and there you will see the script entitled “Logging Business Objects User Activity”.
