Scheduling reports to fetch the past 30 days

I have a requirement where I have to schedule the report that needs to be run once a month and the report should fetch data for the past 30 days from the current date. What are the best possible ways to approach it.

We are using BO 3.1 Edge. Any ideas to implement in the Universe or report level is appreciated.
