No.
You can embed the DQ Scorecard into your application via URL for dynamic usage within other applications.
You can not directly save as PDF or other format.
Beside taking a screenshot, the only thing I did in past was sharing Scorecard URL in a standard Internet Explorer and then print the page using a PDF Printer Driver (as said a workaround and it did not look very pretty…)
