Save as Text - Unhandled Exception Error

one of my users on BO v5.1.8 gets an unhandled exception error message when trying to save as a report as a text file - I am unable to replicate the fault - anyone else expereince similar or even know why its doing this?

Unhandled Exception
Code: c0000005
Description: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

I have a workaround via excel or pdf, but would like to know if i can fix this issue

If you do a Search on Unhandled, you’ll find lots of past discussions, including this one started by Nick.

ah, cheers, didn’t try that one, tried loads of combinations of “text” and “save as” “error” etc but just got hundreds of posts that didn’t help
