Can we save all the variant (with all input parameter values for refresh ) globally to schedule.
You can save prompt responses with your report (as long as the prompt is set to save responses). Do I recommend using those saved ‘default’ responses when scheduling vs actually picking your responses on the prompt page… absolutely not! Why… because if someone changes the defaults or purges the report and responses and saves the report, your scheduled instances will change and suddenly you’re sending out reports that contain “wrong”/unexpected data. Can it be more work when things needs to change, yup. Is it worth it to avoid distributing incorrect reports, yup.
