For those that have a SAP Support Account, there is a relatively new tool available called the Support Log Assistant (https://supportportal-pslogassistant-app.cfapps.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/).
This tool allows you to upload log files from your system and have them analyzed against a database of known errors and issues. It will offer solutions for anything found.
It does not analyze all the log files but will analyze most of them.
