Is this the most convoluted and unrealiable piece of software ever written for the Interwebz? Not only finding something is like looking for needle in a haystag, but effin thing crashes on you every 10 clicks???

Totally agree with you !! This website is a real example of all things you should not do ! It makes several years I use it and I am still lost as on my first day !! It’s totally crazy !

It is certainly over complicated with a quiite poor navigation logic.
you would have thought anything to do with BusinessObjects would be stored under one framework - but alas this is not the case with this site: it is so fragmented that it is difficult to remember where everything is.
I do so wish SAP could have kept the original BO ESD site as a separate linked portal. Things were so well maintained with that site, even the downloading of the latest upgrades, hot fixes and service packs etc. It was a joy to use.
Pity SAP don’t follow a common maxim of “Keep it simple, stupid!”
