Can we install below software on Windows 2019 server:
- SAP BI 4.2 SP08 patch07
- SAP Lumira 2.4 Patch 2
- SAP Data Services 4.2 SP14

According to the Data Services 4.2 Platform Availability Matrix (PAM), SP14 is the first patch that is supported on Windows Server 2019. However, DS 4.2 is out of maintenance so updating to DS 4.3 would be a better option.
According to the latest SAP Lumira 2.4 PAM (Patch 7+), Windows Server 2016 through 2022 are supported. I would assume “yes” that Lumira 2.4 Patch 2 is covered since there aren’t any minimum patch levels mentioned, but the PAM isn’t explicit about your patch level.
Just curious, what’s keeping you on SAP Lumira? I know it’s still supported (and will be in next week’s BI 2025) but it hasn’t been enhanced in years. What is Lumira giving your users that Web Intelligence cannot?
