Retrieve docs from DAS automatically

When any document is waiting to be retrieved by some user and this user logs on to the repository, this user will receive a notification of “to-be-retrieved” documents. This notification mentions where to retrieve the documents from (Send by User or DAS). To make sure that our users will make use of the most recent documents, we want them to retrieve those fresh documents when they login.

Does anyone have any idea or solution on how to solve this?

You could set that particular document setting to refresh on open every time - It is under the Tools|Options settings.
