Hi All,
could some one please suggest how to Restrict users based on Value in a column , for e.g
clerks should see values < 1mil
Mangers should see values < 100mil
Executives no restriction.
we are using BO v6.1 and we are in the process of setting up security,the user community exist in different parts of globe.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Start here: Using Designer to Implement Row-Level Security
You’ll need to separate users in Supervisor. You may be able to do this all with Supervisor.
I’m assuming your dealing with hiding rows at the atomic data level. I don’t know how you’d hide data at an aggregate level.

You are right I am talking about hiding rows at the atomic data level for some reports, and the users in the system are not classified/separated based on their Job Title.
Any help is highly appreciated.
