For giving acces to the Universe A to group A and not to other group B,
export the Universe A, and Desgner will ask you, to which user group you
will like to export the universe A.At that point, specify, group A,. By
doing so Universe A will be accessible to Group A users only.
Arvind
I have developed 4 universes and 2 groups of users. I would like to allow
group
A users to have access to universe A, while group B users to have access to
universe B,C, and D. Can somebody tell me how to achieve this? Thanks.
In the supervisor module, select the first group in the left panel ( you
need not select individual users… select group by clicking on the group)
on the right side panel select the universes B,C,D and click on tools/enable
disable universe option. Same way after selecting the second group click on
the universe A and click on tools/enable disable universe option. This
enable/disable universe option is available as a icon in the toolbar also.

Cindy,
Easiest to achieve this is setup two usergroups in the supervisor.
Make a designer user for yourself in both usergroups (can be the same).
If you are a designer and not GS, make sure you are in both groups.
Export the universe A to one usergroup and the B,C,D to the other.
