Restore the Menu bar

Got me stumped

a user has lost the menu bar

File view edit etc
anyone know what the command is to restore it??

Ive tried every key combination I can think off

Hi All, I have encountered with a strange problem. Menu Bar is not displayed. One of my report was troubling, like when ever i refresh the report it was going into "Not Responding" State. So I ended the task few time through task manager. I thinl this is the problem. Can any body plese let me know how do i get back my Menu bar. Regards Chetan
