Report to Universe.

Hi ,
It may sound stupid, but tryin to understand the concept better, let me ask you . Say I have two different environment, development and production, and I have created my reports in development and moved the reports to production. How will the reports know that now it should point to the universe in development and not in production.

P.s. : assuming the universe name is same in both development and production.

Do you have one security domain or two?
Are you talking about BusinessObjects reports or Webi?

I am sorry let me be more specific. We have one security domain…
but two document and universe domains,one for development and one for production and all reports are BO reports.
