report parameter is dependent on another parameter

Hi,
I have 2 report parameters:
One is to select the report type: By Broker or By Client then
based on what the user selected, the next report parameter will ask the user to enter either the Broker Code or Client Code and the LOV of this is obviously whatever the user selected on the first parameter.

is this possible?

hi haider,
thanks for your reply but my first parameter is really not an object or a field in the db. it is just a prompt to know what report type (By Broker or By Client) the user would like and from his answer, i will know what my next parameter will be, if he selected ‘By Broker’, then i will asked him to select the broker. Actually I dont want to put the cascading prompt in the LOV of the broker or client object itself bec this is just for 1 report only.
