Report format issues in email

Hello All,

Has anyone faced a similiar issue in the past or most recent. We are on BI 4.0 sp 4.0 fix pack 12 .The report has 3 sections. sales territory, date and Salesperson_id. There are 3 prompts territory code, start date and end date. When we schedule the report in mhtml format for each territory for a 3 days, the report starts in the middle of the page for some territories and on top of page for the rest.

I have checked all the report settings and relative positioning but no success. Do you think this is a bug with the software or i may have missed something.

Deleted the sales territory code section. Created a variable with dimensions date and territory code and replaced the date section with this variable.
Report looks good when exported to email.

Can you tell me how did you get the output inside an email content?
