Report Demographics from repository DB tables

I am trying to create a report that hits off of the repository DB tables.
Does anyone have a schema or something that can show me the relationships of the tables.
ex (UNV_UNIVERSE.UNI_CONNEXION=OBJ_M_CONNECTION.M_CNTN_N_ID)

I want my report to basically have the fields.
Report ID
Creation Date
Last UPD Date
Universe
Scheduled
How Often
When
Actions (if scheduled)
Prompt (if any)
Infoview Group Access (group name or user’s)
Keywords
Notes
and things of this nature. Basically everything I would need to know about a report in the repository and its universe and connections.

As you’ve probably already found out the repository universe structures can be complicated.
Start HERE, for some documentation on the repository and a sample universe of same.
