Report alignment

Hi,

I have a report which contains 2 tables, of which one is crosstab.
ive to align two tables so that if the column or row in the first table is moved or pulled up or down that should imply to the second table and they should look like a singel table.
i am trying to align them on project code.

how is that possible???
