I don’t think there is. The earlier post was about setting setting security “preferences” and had nothing to do with the user preferences, one which the user has access to within InfoView. A user either has access to all of the options under the preferences or nothing at all. We will see if anyone has any ideas on how to set user preferences at a group level.

Group level preference settings can be achieved by a simply connecting to the CMS using windows script (VBS), copying the preference settings of a particular user to either; a specified list of users, a single user or all users. The CMC does not allow you to set preferences for groups of users at present (I believe that a future release will allow for this - a petition exists with BO). I modified a file we posted on here a while ago.
