I have two questions concerning the relationship between cells: 1. Is it possible to create a relation from a cell out of a section to the master cell of a section?
(The value should be the same, even after a drill-down/up!) 2. Is it possible to create a relation from one cell in a table to another cell in the table?
(The second value (not in the query) change if the first change.)

Yes. You have to define the “calculations driving context” for the formula. For detailed info have a look into the on-line help, or, the “enhanced calculations and troubleshooting guide” which comes on the 4.1.x CD

What do you mean with “relation”? You can use local formulae which you can put in any cell in any block of any report…
