Regarding SAP Business Objects BOCP Certification Exam

I am planning to go for Business Objects BOCP Certification Exam.

I have few questions regarding the exam.

(1) Where can I find manuals SABE201, SABE301 and SABE401.
(2) Do I have to take SAP training in order to go for the certification exam.
