Hi, I’ve been using VBA-codes for a while now in order to refresh report, convert report to either PDF, csv or Excel-file and then sent out to a distribution list using BCA. Because some of the PDF’s are becoming so large, I’d rather just save file in a specific folder on a shared drive and use a VBA-code in the report to send out a mail only (without any attached report) notifiying recepients that there is a new report available at \servername\directory.
