Refreshing Reports in BCA for previous date

Hello. I have a user who would like to refresh reports using BCA. These reports need to be refreshed for the previous business date. Is there a way, besides setting up variables in the Universe to let BCA know to refresh the report for a previous date - (e.g., sysdate-1). I thought I read somewhere that variables could be created within BCA - now I do not remember where I saw such a thing.

Any help would be appreciated - I am using BO 6.1.3.
