We are having problems getting anything to run on our Doc Agent. Our hardware/Memory seems to be in order. Our server is dedicated. The error we get after a document is run is: “user cannot connect to the security domain”
But when I force Doc Agent to “run now” the document runs successfully. These documents are supposed to run at night at the end of the month. Thanks!

I quote from de DAS-bible (if you use DAS, you should get a copy, it’s
packed with info):
The user ‘%s’ cannot connect to the security domain. : This can happen
if a timestamp is created for the user that sent the document. This can
also happen if too many tasks are starting at the same time. All of them
are trying to update the objects.lsi file at the same time. (This file
is used in offline mode). Tell the customer to reduce the number of
concurrent tasks in the DAS options.
So it seams your submitting user may have been denied to work at the
time
the DocAgent wants to run the job or you are trying to run all monthly
jobs at
the same time.

We received this same error message even after reducing number of concurrent
tasks to 1. The fix was a patch (CSP 22) that Business Objects sent us…
To date, this error has not re-occurred.
