Refresh Some... not all Objects

I have an excel file (NOT XCELSIUS) with a lot of webis reports linked to it… They are all set up to run the most current version, not do live updates.

Depending on which client is signed in, they only need to run 4 or 5 of the webis, not all of them. At least not all at once. I would like to be able to use a button to run a macro to refresh selected webis.

Unfotunately, Macro recorder does not detect the ‘refresh object’ command in Office 2007.

I am quite skilled in VBA so I am not afraid to actually do some coding if need be.
